Join us for six weeks of Mini Mahj and American Mahjong at The Hidden Parlor during our Opening Fall 2026 Junior Society League season.

Designed for ages 7–14, this league welcomes brand-new players as well as those who already know how to play. Professional instruction will be provided, and players will be grouped based on both their incoming experience and age to create the best learning environment.

Throughout the season, participants will learn Mini Mahj and/or NMJL rules, build confidence around the table, and practice key parts of the game, including the Charleston. By the end of the league, each player will know how to play using either Mini Mahj or an NMJL card, based on their experience and preference.

Participants enjoy a reserved seat each week, consistent play, weekly prizes, and a fun, welcoming environment.

NMJL cards are available for purchase separately, though many players may already have one.

Members receive priority registration. Advance registration is required.
Additional Notes

✨ Professional instruction will be provided, with a combination of guided and open play tailored to each player’s experience and comfort level.

✨ Players will learn using Mini Mahj and/or the NMJL card based on their experience, confidence, and preferences. No prior experience is required, and experienced junior players are encouraged to join.

✨ Open to players ages 7–14 of all genders.

✨ NMJL cards are purchased separately.

✨ Players may bring their own snack and water.

✨ This is a drop-off league. Players must be picked up promptly at 5:30 PM.

✨ Parents and guardians are welcome in the public boutique for drop-off and pick-up. Access beyond the boutique into The Hidden Parlor is reserved for members or guests with their own reservation.

✨ The Hidden Parlor is tucked away on the first floor and is handicap accessible. The address is shared upon registration or direct inquiry.

✨ A large on-site parking lot is available, with additional parking in the adjacent municipal lot and on nearby streets. Handicap-accessible parking is also available.
