The Hidden Parlor presents an afternoon of American Mahjong strategy with Emily Brown of Gold Coast Mahjong, as featured in The Wall Street Journal.

This session is for intermediate and advanced players and focuses on defensive winning strategies: reading the table, knowing what not to throw, and staying in position to win while keeping others from going Mahjong. There will be plenty of time for questions.

Seats are limited. Please bring your current NMJL card. Advance registration is required.

✨ This session is for intermediate and advanced players. You should know the game well and be comfortable with the card and the Charleston.

✨ Please bring your current NMJL card. Cards are purchased separately. Members who received their card through membership should bring it with them.

✨ The Hidden Parlor is tucked away on the first floor and is handicap accessible. A large on-site parking lot is available, with additional parking in the adjacent municipal lot and on nearby streets. Handicap-accessible parking is also available.
